Thorough assessment and sourcing investments required for development and monetisation of underutilized assets will drive internally generated revenue of the region and employment for the people.

The infrastructure deficit in the region is endemic. While there is a demand for more impactful strategic assets, those that have been commissioned are yet to be completed. ERD has the proven capacity to build assets or complete the building of deserted assets, in local communities along the banks of the river Ethiope and the Niger Delta region in general. The vision of the New Delta Economy (NDE) will guide and propel this intervention.

There should not exist lack, poverty and infrastructure deficit amidst excess and abundance.

It is for this painful fact and deplorable situation in the Delta region we have taken it upon ourselves to make something of what we have in order to improve the overall quality of life the people in this region.

That is why we have taken additional and deliberate efforts to understand the peculiarities, nuance, and barriers to success that characterize the region to ensure successful execution of the RES vision

IDENTIFY AND OPERATE

Categorising moribund assets and assessing their financial viability for restoration involves:
Detailed assessment of non-operational assets and resources
Validation that a direct and immediate impact on the people of that community is effected

Work Process

Locate all assets of value – both functional and non-functional and group into society value-based matrix.

Develop propositions and engage relevant investment parties to partner and collaborate in the development of these assets.

Restore and recommission assets and for other resources ensure a revenue pipeline through trading and export partners.

Assets and resources, industrialization as a whole creates jobs, provides internally generated revenue and significant socio-economic development of the people and community.
